Passengers must comply with all Government (Federal and State) requirements for entry into Western Australia or to access the Swan River Seaplanes services. If the passenger does not comply, cancels, or is unable to access our services, any and all amounts paid will be forfeited
Weight restrictions mean we cannot take passengers over 120 kg. False declaration of body weight may result in your fare being canceled. Please allow for clothing when declaring your weight as you will be weighed in your current attire. A luggage allowance of 5 kg per person is automatically added
Infants (under 2 years of age) can be hosted. The combined weight of the infant and parent must be under 120 kg. Please ask our staff for more information
It is common for Rottnest Island to experience unfavourable winds in the afternoon which can restrict seaplane transfers. In the event of high wind above our seaplane takeoff and landing crosswind limit alternative transport from Rottnest Island will be arranged and a partial refund will be offered
Due to limited tour spaces, all tour bookings must be paid for in full to secure booking
Ferry bookings made online are on request until confirmed by the supplier
All flights and tours are subject to minimum passenger numbers
The baggage allowance for all flights is strictly 5 kg per person. Luggage is weighed at check-in. Additional luggage can be transported to your destination at an additional cost

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–61 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
