Some plans are based on a single group, but generally the minimum group size is 20. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour will be cancelled and a cancellation notice will be sent by email 7 days before departure.
For children aged 3 to 5, the price only includes round-trip bus seats and lunch.
The flower viewing period may be slightly delayed due to weather conditions. Once the tour is completed, the tour will depart as scheduled regardless of the flowering conditions. Please be advised.

Plan A does not include lunch. We recommend that you bring your own lunch to enjoy inside the park or purchase light meals at the park's snack counters.
Plan B includes lunch: a deluxe Otoko Hanami bento (including a bottle of tea). Please inform us in advance of any special requests, such as vegetarian requests. Please note that we cannot make adjustments on the day of departure.
Plan B's Deluxe Grand Wisteria Flower Bento is only available as a vegetarian option if you have special requests. Customization is not possible due to the fixed ingredients, so please order with caution. If you have other special meal requests, please order Plan A, which does not include a meal, and you can freely purchase edible meals within the park.

Vehicle Type: Vehicles are assigned based on the number of participants. For small groups, a driver and accompanying personnel will be assigned to provide full tour services. No additional tour leader will be assigned. Please note.

Hitachi Seaside Park and Ashikaga Flower Park are outdoor facilities. If the experience facilities are temporarily closed due to force majeure such as weather conditions, a partial refund will be made and the experience will be replaced by visiting Sano Premium Outlets.
After the trip has departed, if the trip is terminated due to force majeure such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded based on the actual expenses incurred. However, additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation expenses will be borne by the passenger.
Passengers under the age of 18 cannot participate alone and must be accompanied by a passenger aged 18 or above.
