[How to use the ticket]

❶After purchasing your tickets, please reserve your performance and seats by going to the "Purchase Tickets" section on the website of the theater you wish to use.

[How to reserve seats]

Step 1: Select the film and seat on the "Buy Tickets" page.

Step 2: Select "Non-member" and enter your customer information.

Step 3: On the "Ticket Selection" screen, select "Click here to purchase HUMAX CINEMA tickets."

On the next screen, enter the "ticket purchase number" and "PIN" listed on the voucher you received from KKday to complete the process.

⇒The PIN number will be 11 digits.

Example: 97192981315 → 11 digits

Example: 7357869673 → 10 digits → You can use it by adding a "0" at the beginning.

❷Once your seat reservation is complete, you will receive a reservation completion email.

❸On the day, please enter through the automatic entrance gate or by purchasing a ticket.
