- Notes -

1. Children are requested to bring a backpack, comfortable clothes (please prepare spare clothes), comfortable walking shoes, a water bottle, and a jacket;
2. There is a possibility of getting wet during the activity. The temperature in Antarctica is relatively low, so parents should bring spare clothes and jackets for their children.
3. Child safety rules include but are not limited to: students must carry emergency contact cards, roll call every hour, group system and dedicated tutors, staff accompany children to the toilet, and confirm that all students are present before changing venues
   
4. Children in need can bring their own commonly used medicines and mosquito repellent;
5. There are outdoor activities during the trip, so children need to bring enough drinking water to cool off;
6. As the weather is unstable recently, children can bring their own raincoats or umbrellas;

- Terms and Conditions -

1. The registration fee is non-refundable and there will be no make-up for absentees. If the organizer cancels the event, a full refund will be made within 7 days.
2. The activity consists of 20 people in a group. The organizer will confirm the order seven days before the activity to confirm whether the group is formed.
   
3. Students must have their temperature taken before any activity. If any student is found to be unwell or has a temperature over 37.5℃, we have the right to refuse entry to the student.
4. Student safety measures include but are not limited to: students must carry emergency contact cards, hourly roll call, group system and dedicated tutors, staff accompany students to the toilet, and confirm that all students are present before changing venues
   
5. The tour fees paid cannot be transferred to any other person or used for other items.
6. Group members must gather at the assembly point on time. Latecomers will not be accepted. The company has nothing to do with any personal losses.
7. If a student leaves the tour due to personal issues, decisions, accidents or illness, the tour fee paid will not be refunded.
8. If a No. 8 Typhoon Signal or a Red/Black Rainstorm Warning is still hoisted 2 hours before the tour starts, the activity will be cancelled and rescheduled to another date.
9. If special circumstances such as heavy rain, typhoon or natural disaster occur at the time of departure, the company has the right to change the travel date for the safety of the students.
10. The itinerary is subject to actual circumstances; the tour leader or staff has the right to flexibly adjust the sightseeing locations and time allocation.
11. The company has the right to take photos and videos during the event for promotional purposes.
12. The park may adjust the itinerary based on the health conditions of the animals without prior notice.
