The minimum number of people in a group is 16. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of people in the group specified above, the tour will be canceled and an email notification of cancellation will be sent 3 days before the departure date.

The tribe’s accommodation is a group room. If you cancel two weeks before departure, the entire room fee will be confiscated. Please note that if you cannot accept it, please do not sign up.
In case of irresistible factors such as typhoons or earthquakes before the departure date, the departure will be postponed after being announced by the meteorological unit. The customer service staff of our company will actively contact you and set another departure date. If you cannot reschedule and request a refund, a handling fee of 300 yuan per person will be deducted.
If the itinerary cannot be completed due to special force majeure factors such as typhoons during the itinerary, the company has the right to change the itinerary, sightseeing items or board and lodging; if the expenses are saved after the change, it will be refunded to the passengers after returning to the group.
Cancellation regulations: The company operates in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Tourism Bureau, and signs travel contracts with tourists. For detailed cancellation regulations, please refer to the domestic tourism finalized contract.
The itinerary will be fine-tuned according to the time of arrival. If there is any change, the local reception will be the mainstay.
In consideration of the travel safety of the passengers themselves and the travel rights of other members of the same group, all VIPs who are over 65 years old, or those with limited mobility or physical condition, who still insist on traveling, must be accompanied by family members or friends before accepting registration , sorry for the inconvenience.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 41 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
- For cancellations made 31 to 40 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
