[If you are planning a factory tour, please see the notes below]
There are no elevators or lifts available for the factory tour. Please note that you may have to use stairs to move around.
We can guide multiple groups and individual customers at the same time.
Upon entering the factory, you will have your body temperature checked and disinfected with alcohol.
Due to health and safety management, those who are unwell with fever, cough, diarrhea, etc. will not be allowed to enter.
In our factory, we manufacture products using flour, skim milk powder, cornstarch, etc. Please check in advance if you have any allergies.
If your child is visiting, please bring indoor shoes and wear a mask that fits your child's size.
When introducing the hygiene management in the factory, we will ask you to wear protective clothing, a net cap to prevent hair from falling, a mask, and gloves to keep hygiene in mind. Children under elementary school age will also be required to wear protective clothing, net caps, masks, and gloves, but please note that if they refuse, they may be refused entry.
Please follow our hygiene management procedures when entering the room to avoid hair and foreign objects.
To prevent contamination with foreign objects, bacteria, and viruses, you may be asked to remove precious metals and accessories (watches, earrings, necklaces, rings, etc.).
If you are wearing sandals, mules, or other bare feet, please bring socks and wear them.
To prevent hair from getting mixed in, if you have long hair, please bring something to tie your hair up and tie it before wearing the net cap.
Please refrain from wearing clothing made of fur, fur, long pile knits, etc. as the fibers may easily come off and may lead to contamination.
Please refrain from bringing pets.
Please be careful not to touch the equipment inside the factory. Please note that if you do not follow the instructions and damage occurs, you may be required to pay for the repair costs.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any vehicle accidents, theft, damage, etc. that occur in our parking lot.
During the tour, there will be times when we will hand out bread and cream to customers that contain wheat, milk, eggs, and soybeans as allergenic ingredients. If you have any allergies, please write them in the "Notes" section on the application screen.
