Before enabling data roaming, please make sure that any other SIM cards that are used in other regions have been removed. For dual-SIM card mobile phones, please ensure that the roaming setting of the other SIM card is turned off or the card slot function is directly turned off to avoid unnecessary roaming charges
Generally, you can use the card immediately. If you can’t use it, please check the access (APN) of your mobile phone and make sure you have enabled data roaming
There may be multiple factors why the SIM card cannot immediately be used, so please contact customer service for support first
Refunds will not be eligible for requests or complaints sent in after returning to Hong Kong or Macau without contacting customer service regarding issues

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
