Wear comfortable beachwear, swimsuit, and aquatic shoes; bring an extra change of clothes
Avoid leaving marked or pre-established paths to prevent an incident with the fauna or flora of the jungle area
If an animal is observed, avoid touching it, approaching it, or feeding it. Remember, they are in their natural habitat
Be aware that due to the location of the cenotes in the middle of the jungle, cell phone service is likely unavailable
Please take into account that the cenotes are located in the middle of the jungle, so some roads to reach them are not paved and could be bumpy
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 5 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
