This product is free for children under 2 years old (infants), but does not include any ticket fees such as seats and admission fees. Please make a note when placing an order.
Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure. Visitors arriving after departure will be deemed to have automatically canceled the trip and no refund will be given.
This product uses an 11-seater car (maximum 10 people, maximum 6 people with luggage), and each person is limited to one piece of luggage (within 28 inches). If you bring a stroller or wheelchair, etc., it will be counted as a piece of luggage.
The pick-up point for this product must be a custom-determined hotel in Jeju City (the hotel address must be in Jeju City).
The itinerary time is for reference only. The actual time may be adjusted according to the traffic and weather conditions of the day. If the itinerary is changed due to weather or other force majeure factors, the company reserves the right to make the final adjustment.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 15 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–14 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
