∙ Classroom admission opens 10 minutes before the event starts. ∙ This event is for children aged 12 and above!
∙ Those who have not registered for the course are not allowed to sit in or accompany the class (pets are not allowed).
∙ Drinking water or beverages are allowed at the venue, so please bring them with you.
∙ The time it takes to complete a carpet varies from person to person, so we strongly recommend not to schedule a tight schedule after the course. ∙ The machine requires extreme care and maintenance, so please treat it with respect. ∙ The machine can be dangerous, so please be careful and avoid playing around. ∙ If you have long hair, remember to use a rubber band to tie it up. ∙ If you need to shoot a video or commercial, please contact customer service before placing an order! !
∙ This activity may be recorded from the side for use as behind-the-scenes footage for company websites, marketing materials, etc. This does not involve personal information. ∙ To ensure that all participants can take their artwork home intact, please refer to the "How to select images?" section above.
∙ Please send us your artwork at least 5 days before the start of the course. Please contact us through the online chat.

∙ Overtime fee: $250 NTD/half hour
∙ Overtime definition: If you fail to complete the trimming and trimming steps (photography is not included) before the scheduled end time of the course, and the course lasts for more than 30 minutes (from the 31st minute onwards), you will be charged an overtime fee.
For example: A class is scheduled from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM. If you complete the finishing steps before 6:00 PM, no additional charge will be made. However, starting at 6:01 PM, a half-hour overtime fee will be charged. Starting at 6:31 PM, a full hour overtime fee will be charged. And so on.

Please confirm that the date and time slot are correct before placing an order. If you cancel within 8 days of the selected date, you can "extend it once for free (to a performance within three months of the departure date)", but no refunds are available.

If the course cannot be held due to natural disasters or other force majeure factors (typhoons are subject to Taipei City announcements), Little Red Flower will proactively contact you to postpone or refund.

- Cancellations 9 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
