Cancellations 31 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free；For cancellations made 22 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply；For cancellations made 11 to 21 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply；For cancellations made 4 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply；For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply；Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.；Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.

The minimum number of people in a group is 2. When the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of people in the group specified above, the tour will be canceled and an email notification of cancellation will be sent 3 days before the departure date.
If delays or cancellations are caused by force majeure events such as traffic or weather, resulting in the cancellation of some attractions on your itinerary, please contact customer service and we will process a partial refund for you.
The on-board service staff is both a tour guide and driver, and provides guided explanations throughout the journey.
The driving time stated in the itinerary is for reference only. The itinerary sequence may be changed depending on road conditions or the large number of tourists on holidays.
The actual pick-up time will be provided after the order is confirmed. Please refer to the voucher information.
If you require a service dog to accompany you, please make a note in your order. We regret that we cannot accommodate pet dogs.
If restaurants or attractions are closed, a service of the same standard will be provided as a substitute.
The light sculpture concert and drone show on July 5th, 16th, 30th, and 20th will incur an additional charge of NT$300 per person.
People, excluding those under 2 years old
The travel agency provides picnic mats for guests to borrow in the grassy area to watch the hot air balloons; they will be collected afterward.
The fee is $300 per person for children aged 2 and under, payable to the tour guide on the day of travel (not included in the minimum group size of 2).
This is a shared ride tour, requiring you to share a vehicle with other people.
