Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time of each cruise.

The journey time is approximately 90 minutes.

When checking in, please show a screen showing the name of the person making the reservation (full name).

There is a pole along the waterfront at the entrance to the pier, and we will guide you onto the boat in the order in which you line up there.

The ship departs on schedule, so we cannot wait for you if you are delayed.

When an event is held at the Red Brick Warehouse, it may be difficult to find the pier.

If you are unable to make it in time due to transportation restrictions or other factors, we will not be able to deliver the item to you. In that case, we will not be able to refund the fee.

We do not provide information on events, traffic regulations, etc., so please gather this information yourself.

If the cruise is canceled due to bad weather or other reasons, we will post a notice to that effect on our website by around 12:00 on the day of the cruise, so please check it.

If there are any sudden changes in the weather after that, we will update the operation status on our website as soon as it changes. However, please note that we cannot reimburse any travel expenses if you have already arrived at the pier.

If we cancel the cruise due to weather conditions or other reasons, we will provide a full refund.

If the trip is operating as scheduled and you decide not to attend, no refunds will be given.

Even if it rains, the tour will generally operate as usual.

There is a possibility of getting splashed by waves, so please bring rain gear if you are concerned about this.

The number of passengers varies depending on the vessel used.

Please note that the end time of the cruise may be delayed depending on the operational situation.

Pets are not allowed on board (except for guide dogs).

Please refrain from bringing in food or drinks.

We may send you an email with information about your reservation close to the date of your reservation, so please check your email when you receive it.
