—Regarding check-in/check-out—
- Check-in time is from 4:00 pm. We can accept check-in procedures before 4:00 pm, but we can only guide you to your room after 4:00 pm.
- Check-out time is 10:00 am. An extension fee will be charged for using hotel facilities after the check-out time.
—Regarding room cleaning for those staying for multiple nights—
- Rooms for consecutive nights will be cleaned by 3:00 pm unless otherwise requested. If you wish to have your room cleaned earlier, please notify the front desk in advance.
- Rooms are cleaned once every four days for consecutive nights (towels are changed daily).
—For guests with children—
- If a child of elementary school age or younger sleeps with an adult in the same bed, there is no charge for the child. The maximum number of children sleeping in the same bed with an adult is 1.
- Children using beds by themselves or a child of junior high school or older sharing a bed with an adult will be charged the same as an adult.
- If a twin room is occupied by 1 adult and a child, the twin room rate will be charged based on double occupancy.
- Children sharing a bed are free of charge, but additional towels and pillows are not provided.
- No rollaway beds are available.
