Tickets will be purchased by a third party travel agent in Japan and you will receive a booking confirmation letter in Japanese after purchase. Please enter the venue using the letter
Fruit can only be enjoyed in the farm and cannot be taken out
Guests must purchase their tickets based on their actual age on the day of the experience and must have the relevant documentation for confirmation by on-site staff
The supplier reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest whose age, identity or other eligibility for a ticket cannot be verified by the supplier
The event is valid only on the date and time of the confirmed booking and is not valid after that date
Failure to attend an event for 20 minutes or more without prior notice will be treated as an automatic forfeiture of the booking, and the full amount paid will not be refunded
Cancellations may be made by the service provider due to unforeseeable circumstances, and may be rescheduled in such circumstances, are subject to change due to inclement weather, and are non-refundable
