・Cancellations within 48 hours before departure are not accepted.
・Teaching is done with one instructor for every 15-20 people. The actual situation is mainly determined by the supplier's allocation on the day.
The bus will only wait 5 minutes after the scheduled meeting time. Latecomers will not be accepted for rescheduling or refunds. If a group member is late or the road conditions are bad, the pick-up time may be delayed by 10-15 minutes.

・All ski equipment must be reserved in advance. Changes to the plan and refunds cannot be made on the spot. It is recommended to reserve lift tickets in advance for better discounts.
・Children under 3 years old can ride for free as long as they do not occupy a seat. Please provide proof of age and indicate this when booking. Failure to do so or if the age is not accurate will result in a fee of JYP7,500 per child.
