- Tour vehicles: Vehicles are arranged according to the number of people in a group. In a group of up to 24 passengers, the driver will also be the tour guide. In a group of more than 24 passengers, an individual driver/tour guide will be provided

- In the event of force majeure, such as weather, traffic accidents, etc., our company reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary

A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 7 day(s) before the departure date

During your trip, the tour guide may pick-up, or drop-off travelers accommodated at different hotels. The tour guide will make reasonable arrangements according to the presented situation. Please cooperate and understand
Completion of a "Letter of Liability Release" is mandatory if you need to leave the group during the trip, without exceptions
Guests under 16 years old, must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or above)
No refunds will be provided in the event of traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our company's control, or if guests are unable to participate in included activities due to personal reasons
Please provide any special needs (e.g., bed type, vegetarian options, high-chairs, etc.) in the "Note" section during booking, at least 7 days before your trip. While we will make every effort to accommodate your requests, they are not guaranteed

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
