- Wheelchairs and strollers: You can take the ropeway with a wheelchair or stroller
- Accompanying Pets:
- Pets are not allowed during the winter season
- Please check here for details regarding pet entry times, ropeway boarding procedures, and park rules in advance - Cancellation of business due to reasons on the part of the facility: On the day of your visit, if the operation is canceled due to bad weather or other circumstances before the opening time, all tickets for that day will be canceled. In that case, no cancellation fee will be charged. However, we do not compensate for travel expenses to the site
- Suspension due to strong winds and thunder: The ropeway may be suspended due to strong winds or lightning during operating hours for the safety of passengers, but tickets will not be refunded. In the event of a cancellation, we will send a cancellation email. For the reason behind the cancellation, please refer to the official Biwako Valley website
- Consecutive holidays:
- About Changing the date of visit: The roads in the area are very busy on weekends and consecutive holidays. Please allow plenty of time for your visit, as no refunds will be made if you are unable to arrive by the time of use
- Date Change:
- It's possible to modify your visit date until 6:00 pm the day before you plan to visit (It may be necessary to reschedule your reservation. Please contact the KKday Customer Service for details on how to make changes)
- Each purchase allows up to two date changes
- You can change the dates without incurring a cancellation fee
- Additional charges may apply if you change the date and time
- If your schedule changes, we'll refund the difference
- The option to change the date of your visit is only available during the operating period of each season

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
