The Rickshaw Sightseeing Bus Day Pass – Hong Kong Disneyland Special Edition redemption expiry date: 12 November 2022.
Rickshaw Sightseeing Bus Day Pass must be stamped with the use date at the back of the Day Pass. Please visit NWFB (Admiralty) Customer Service Centre or Rickshaw Sightseeing Bus Service Counter to stamp and activate your Pass.
The holder of this Day Pass is entitled to enjoy unlimited rides on Rickshaw Sightseeing Bus (with or without Disneyland themed) routes H1 and H2 of New World First Bus Services Limited on use date and the next day printed at the back of the Day Pass. (If the use date starts on Sunday, the next day will be the next Saturday or enxt service date)This Day Pass must be present when taking ride(s) on Rickshaw Sightseeing Bus.

This Day Pass must be used by the same Day Pass holder only and cannot be transferred to another person.
This Day pass is non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash and is not for resale.
Lost or damaged Day Pass will not be re-issued.
If the open-top Rickshaw Sightseeing Bus is not available for use because of parts failures, adverse weather conditions or any other reasons, New World First Bus Services Limited (NWFB) reserves the absolute right to use other air-conditioned bus(s) as a substitute to continue the journey.
NWFB also has the sole discretion to vary, without prior notice, the service hours, frequency, route and bus stop locations taking into account traffic conditions, weather conditions or any other factors. NWFB shall not accept any responsibility or be liable to ticket holders for any damages or losses caused by or arisen out of the aforesaid or due to any other reasons whatsoever.
Please present the valid order confirmation letter and identification documents when collecting the ticket pack. We do not accept any form of authorization to collect the ticket pack on your behalf.
NWFB reserves the absolute right to terminate or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of NWFB shall be final.
The Hong Kong Disneyland Drink Coupon only can redeem inside the park and subject to the Terms & Conditions stated at the back of the coupon.
This Day Pass pack and the Rickshaw Sightseeing Bus Services are provided by New World First Bus Services Limited.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
