Hosted by an Indian chef once worked at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Mumbai. he brings along the true taste of South and North Indian cuisine through combining more than 20 Indian spices in different formula. Diners can enjoy a variety of appetizers, or choose from more than ten kinds of Indian curries from the North and South. If you have an appetite for refreshing dishes, the buffet is also serving a variety of Mediterranean delicacies, including fresh salads, and tempting Mediterranean crepes.
