Stay Policy:

Terms and Conditions:

• Only applicable to guests checking in on Fridays, Saturdays, and May 24.
• If the 'Sai Kung Night Squid Fishing Experience' fails to meet the minimum group size, The Pier Hotel will notify guests of the cancellation 2 days before arrival. Guests may choose to 1) select another date for the stay or 2) switch to the 'Cheese' Journey Staycation Package with a complimentary first round of mini-bar (non-alcoholic).

Terms and Conditions for Sai Kung Night Squid Fishing Experience:

• This itinerary is for reference only and may be subject to change based on weather conditions and the decision of the activity operator.
• Participants must arrive at Pak Sha Wan Pier by 6:45pm on the night of the activity (the boat departs at 7:00pm sharp). Late arrivals will not be accommodated and no refunds will be provided. The boat will return to Pak Sha Wan Pier at 11:15pm.
• The activity operator provides squid fishing rod and reel rental, as well as a briefing on beginner squid fishing equipment and maritime safety. There is a refrigerator on board to store the squid.
• There are no cooking utensils on board; participants are responsible for handling the squid after the activity.
• If weather conditions deteriorate on the day of the activity and the operator determines it is unsuitable to continue, guests will be notified of a rescheduling or cancellation by 4:30pm on the day of the activity.
• If the activity operator determines that the water environment is unsafe, they have the absolute right to decide whether to cancel or continue the activity to ensure safety.
• To ensure safety, all participants must carefully assess and ensure they are in good physical condition before registering and participating in the activity.
• All participants must follow the instructions of the activity operator during the activity.

4.  Sai Kung Sha Ha Summer Water Sports Staycation Package

• Stay Dates: June 15, 2026 to August 31, 2025
  

Offer includes:

• One-night stay with breakfast set for two
• Guaranteed free late check-out until 4:00 PM (only applicable to guests checking in from Sunday to Thursday; not applicable to check-ins on June 19, 30, and July 1)
• One complimentary parking space
• (A) 2x single kayak rental or 1x double kayak rental OR (B) 2x stand-up paddleboard rental or 1x stand-up paddleboard + 1x single kayak rental

Terms and Conditions:

• The water sports equipment rental point is located at Sha Ha. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the activity venue.
• The Sai Kung Sha Ha water sports experience is managed and operated by a third party. The Pier Hotel assumes no responsibility for any matters related to this activity. Any disputes arising from this activity shall be resolved directly between the participant and the water sports center.
• The Pier Hotel reserves the right to change the offer without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions for Kayak or Stand-up Paddleboard Rental:

• Kayak or stand-up paddleboard rental service is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. Rental location: Sha Ha Beach. Kayaks or paddleboards must be returned to Sha Ha Beach by 5:00 PM. The rental service includes paddles and life jackets. Any late returns, loss, or damage to the rented items will incur additional compensation fees.
• Please specify your request for kayak or stand-up paddleboard rental at the time of booking; availability is subject to the actual supply on the day.
• If any typhoon signal, rainstorm warning, or thunderstorm warning is hoisted before 10:00 AM on the scheduled date, the kayak or stand-up paddleboard activity will be cancelled without prior notice for safety reasons. Guests may reschedule the water sports activity within three months from the original date.
• The service hours of the water sports center are subject to change without prior notice.
