According to legal regulations, the number of people in a chartered vehicle must not exceed the legal capacity.
Children under 4 years old must ride in safety seats. If they refuse to rent, the driver has the right to refuse to carry the passenger.
The private charter car distance is 150 kilometers. If the distance exceeds this, a mileage fee will be charged accordingly.
If you need to customize your itinerary, please discuss it with the service staff in advance.

If the trip includes travel along the Yuchang Highway, a fee of NT$1,000 will be charged, which will be collected by the driver.
The private charter car fee does not include the driver's meal fee of 200 yuan, which should be paid to the driver on the day of departure.
If the pick-up and drop-off locations are not within Taitung City, an additional fare will be charged.
Overtime fee: NT$500 per hour for a 5-seater and NT$700 per hour for a 9-seater.
If the trip is cancelled due to force majeure events such as typhoons, floods, earthquakes, or pandemics, a full refund will be issued.
The driver will contact you the day before departure using the phone number provided in your order. Please ensure your phone number is reachable.
If some attractions are affected by the weather, the driver will inform you of the changes made on the day of the trip. Please be aware of this.

- For cancellations made 7 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply

- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
