— What You Can Expect —

Begin your unforgettable day trip from Queenstown with a visit to the birthplace of bungee jumping at AJ Hackett Bungy Kawarau Bungy Center, where you can watch or participate in this exhilarating activity. Next, continue your adventure to Cromwell Fruit Orchard. In summer, spend an hour and a half picking delicious cherries straight from the trees (cherry expenses not included and actual fruits to pick is subject to onsite availability). During the non-cherry season in winter, enjoy purchasing fresh fruits from the Cromwell market and visit local wineries to take home a bottle or two of fine wine. Then, spend a wonderful moment in front of the famous Fruit Town sculpture. You will also pass by the fruit shop on the roadside and purchase fruits if you would like some.

For lunch, head to the picturesque town of Wanaka. Enjoy a relaxing lakeside lunch and admire the iconic lone tree in Lake Wanaka. Stroll along the serene lakeside trails and soak in the tranquil atmosphere. On your return journey to Queenstown, you'll pass several notable stops including the quirky Cardrona Bra Fence, the historic Cardrona Hotel, and scenic viewpoints along Crown Range Road.

After that, head to Arrowtown, a charming gold mining town steeped in history. Capture stunning photos of its preserved heritage and, if winter's chill permits, marvel at the beautiful rime by the lake.

Conclude your day with breathtaking views before arriving back in Queenstown by late afternoon, filled with memories of a perfect day.

* Cherry picking is available only in summer (early December to early February) and depends on availability

* In winter, the itinerary will changed to a winery visit instead
