  • Delivery Dates: December 20-21, 2025, and February 15-18, 2026
  • Delivery Days: Available Monday to Sunday
  • Delivery Time Slots: 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 2:30 PM - 7:30 PM
  • Specific delivery times cannot be requested. Any additional shipping costs incurred will be charged by the supplier.
  • Delivery Areas: Covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. An additional delivery fee of HK$150 applies to Southern District, Tung Chung, The Peak, and remote areas of the New Territories (surcharge to be collected by the driver). Delivery is not available for outlying islands.
  • Pick-up will be at the parking area. The driver will call the customer upon arrival; please wait patiently for the call. 
  • If a specific 2-hour delivery window is required, an additional fee of HK$80 applies (pay on delivery). If door-to-door delivery is requested, an additional fee of HK$50 applies (pay on delivery).
  • Please note that during peak seasons, delivery may be delayed due to heavy traffic or delays from other customers' pick-ups. We appreciate your understanding.

Poon Choi (Poon Choi) Consumption Guide

  1. Once the Poon Choi is delivered, please put it in the refrigerator immediately if you are not going to eat it right away.
  2. After opening the pot dish, please first remove the aluminum foil, then remove the cling film in the middle. Add the secret abalone sauce and an appropriate amount of broth, then replace the aluminum foil. Before heating, please make a few small holes in the aluminum foil for ventilation. It must be thoroughly heated until fully boiled before eating. <It is recommended to use a slow heat on a gas stove or 800W-1000W on an induction cooker.>
  3. It is recommended to start eating from the bottom layer, as the food on the top layer can better absorb the essence of the abalone sauce and meat juices, making it more delicious.
  4. If the dish cannot be finished in one sitting, the remaining food should be refrigerated.
  5. Once the Poon Choi has been refrigerated, it must be thoroughly reheated before eating.
  6. After enjoying the Poon Choi, the remaining abalone sauce and meat gravy can be heated and used to add fresh vegetables or noodles for a unique flavor.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
