The experience is restricted to players aged over 16 to 60 years old. It is not recommended for players with the following diseases or others who should not be over-stimulated to participate in this project: pregnant women, asthma, diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, high/low blood pressure, epilepsy , osteoporosis, claustrophobia and those who weigh more than 100 kilograms and other chronic diseases.
Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance of the meeting time to avoid affecting the rights of other players. If the meeting time exceeds 15 minutes, the event will be deemed to be canceled and no refund will be given. (Please leave early for weekend sessions to avoid being late due to traffic jams.)
If the activity cannot be carried out due to weather or sea conditions, an email notification of cancellation will be sent no later than 1 day before the departure date, and customer service will handle follow-up matters such as changing the venue or refunding fees for you.
During the activity, you must follow the coach's instructions throughout. If you feel any physical discomfort during the activity, please report it to the coach as soon as possible and bring your health insurance card and other relevant documents for backup.
For safety reasons, the buoyancy aids must be removed with the consent of the coach during the activity. The buoyancy aids may not be removed at will at other times.
Players are asked to gather at the meeting point by themselves. No pick-up service will be provided.
Please bring your own personal clothing for swimming (non-absorbent clothing such as swimsuits, swimming trunks, surf shorts, etc.), sandals, amphibious shoes or slippers, a set of clean clothes, towels and sunscreen (it is recommended to use ocean-friendly sunscreen). For those who are short-sighted It is recommended to use disposable contact lenses.
Please be sure to bring at least 600ml of drinking water, and you can also prepare simple snacks and biscuits.
Please keep your bags and other valuables by yourself. Please bring necessary items into the water (your mobile phone cannot be taken into the water without a waterproof bag). No search service or compensation will be provided if the items are lost or fall into the water.
In response to sea and weather conditions, or if instructions from coaches or staff are not followed during the activity, the team reserves the right to stop the activity in order to protect the safety of participants.
