－Heating Instructions for Poon Choi－
1) The Poon Choi is presented in a stainless steel pot and can be heated using induction cooker or open flame.
2) A non-stick stainless steel plate is placed at the base of the Poon Choi to minimize the risk of burning. Please refrain from consuming the plate.
3). Before consumption, please remove the packaging, cover the pot with aluminium foil, then boil with low to medium heat for approximately 30-45 minutes. Ensure all ingredients are thoroughly heated before consumption.

1. The Poon Choi is vacuum-sealed and requires refrigeration at 0 to 4°C during transportation and before consumption to ensure hygiene and convenient storage. If not consumed immediately upon delivery, it is recommended to consume it within 48 hours from the delivery date for the best quality.
2. The abalone broth, simmered with premium seafood ingredients, is concentrated into a collagen-rich jelly that blends into the Poon Choi. The jelly will melt into a flavorful broth upon heating, eliminating the need for additional sauces while preserving its fresh and delicious taste.
