－Heating Instructions for Poon Choi－

1) The Poon Choi is presented in a stainless steel pot and can be heated using induction cooker or open flame.

2) A non-stick stainless steel plate is placed at the base of the Poon Choi to minimize the risk of burning. Please refrain from consuming the plate.

3). Before consumption, please remove the packaging, cover the pot with aluminium foil, then boil with low to medium heat for approximately 30-45 minutes. Ensure all ingredients are thoroughly heated before consumption.

－ Important Notes －

1. The Poon Choi is vacuum-sealed and requires refrigeration at 0 to 4°C during transportation and before consumption to ensure hygiene and convenient storage. If not consumed immediately upon delivery, it is recommended to consume it within 48 hours from the delivery date for the best quality.

2. The abalone broth, simmered with premium seafood ingredients, is concentrated into a collagen-rich jelly that blends into the Poon Choi. The jelly will melt into a flavorful broth upon heating, eliminating the need for additional sauces while preserving its fresh and delicious taste.

3. Poon Choi must be pre-ordered at least 3 days before the delivery date. Free delivery service is provided; self-pickup is not available.

Single Poon Choi Orders

1) Delivered via SF Express temperature‑controlled delivery; Delivery hours: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

2) Delivery is not available to the following locations: Hong Kong International Airport,restricted areas in Hong Kong, any areas where trucks are prohibited from entering, outlying islands and remote areas (e.g., Discovery Bay, Ma Wan).

Poon Choi Set Menu Orders

1) Delivered by dedicated delivery staff. Delivery hours: Monday to Sunday, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

2) Please schedule your delivery time via WhatsApp: 5627‑3120

3) An additional delivery fee of $120 will be charged for delivery to Tung Chung. For village houses, delivery is limited to ground‑floor access only. For walk‑up buildings or locations without elevators, an additional charge of HK$40 per floor will apply.

2) Customers who need to change the delivery date or time must notify us at least 3 days in advance via WhatsApp (5627 3120) or email ([email protected]). Customer Service Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays).

3) Incomplete or Incorrect Delivery Information: If additional delivery attempts are required due to incomplete or inaccurate recipient information, we reserve the right to charge extra delivery fees.

4) Once ordered, no refund will be given.

5) Delivery may be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning is in effect. In this event, we will contact you by phone or email the following business day to arrange for an alternative delivery time.
