- You are required to travel to the water entry point on your own. After the activity, you may use the shop's shower facilities. We will provide waterproof mats for use, and you can shower and inquire about how to download your photos at the shop. (If you require transportation from the shop to the water entry point, please inform us in advance.)
- Due to recent pandemic and infectious disease concerns, to ensure the safety of all travelers, guests are required to follow our instructors to the water entry point in their own vehicles.
- If you are taking public transportation and cannot follow in your own vehicle, please note this when booking and pay a transfer fee of $50/person on-site. If not noted in advance, we will be unable to provide transportation to the water entry point. Thank you for your understanding.

Our instructors will contact customers by phone at least 1-2 hours before the activity time. Please understand that sea currents and tides are uncontrollable factors; we recommend keeping your Kenting itinerary flexible to allow for adjustments to the most suitable time slots!

- The itinerary is only for those aged 5 and above (including 5 years old), and can only be experienced by those under 65 years old (including 65 years old)

The activities are led by professional coaches with various sports coaching licenses and lifeguard licenses, but you should still measure your own physical health and physical fitness; people suffering from cardiovascular disease, chronic diseases, epilepsy, pregnant women (including menstruation within 3 months) Those who did not come), those who are unwell, or those who have undergone major surgery within six months will not be covered by the insurance. The clothing is recommended to be sweat-wicking, breathable, thin long-sleeves, trousers or swimsuits. Do not wear jeans or cotton clothes. The activity safety education regulations, instructions and demonstrations should be followed, and the instructor's instructions should be followed during water activities.
The minimum age for water activity insurance is 4 years old. Parents should pay attention to their children's condition before signing up. Children under the age of 12 must share the board with an adult, and the price for children under the age of 12 is NT$500.
There is no extra charge for pets, but please make a note when placing an order. Please also know as much as possible about the water properties of your pet and whether you need to bring a pet life jacket (domestic dogs, medium and large dogs usually do not need life jackets)
Due to the drastic changes in tides and currents, please be informed before making your reservation - our instructors give priority to the safety of tourists, and the activity range will be adjusted based on the current suitable playing conditions, and may be changed to the Wanlitong Sea area or other locations

- For cancellations made 5 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
