- The shuttle bus departs at a fixed time . Passengers are required to make a reservation with the hotel 1 day before check-in. Same-day reservations will not be accepted. The reserved bus date is valid for the guest's check-in and check-out date.
- Hengchun bus location: Pingtung Passenger Transport Hengchun Transfer Station (next to Hengchun Branch)

- The bus fare from Hengchun to the resort is free. [Resort to Marine Life Museum] costs NT$ 200 per person per trip/single trip

There is a parking lot for tourists to use, but passengers need to take a shuttle bus from the parking lot to enter the village; after arriving at the parking lot, they can call the resort at (08) 880-2880 to inform the resort that there is a need for pick-up, and the park will send a shuttle bus to the village Passengers are picked up from the parking lot to the park.
Effective January 1, 2025, the resort will not provide single-use personal toiletries. Not provided: combs, toothbrushes and toothpaste, marshmallows, razors, dental floss, shower caps, slippers. Provided in the room: bath towel, 2-in-1 shampoo and shower gel and bottled water on the day of check-in.

- For cancellations made 10 to 13 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 7 to 9 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 60% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
