Please note that prices vary depending on your boarding and alighting location and the expressway you use. You will be charged a reimbursement fee on the day (the driver will present a receipt). The above prices are for reference only.
If the trip exceeds the latest service time (21:00), an additional night service fee of 3,000 yen/hour will be charged.
If the vehicle usage exceeds 10 hours (9 hours for 13- and 18-seater vehicles), each 30 minutes exceeding the limit will be counted as an additional hour. For 5-, 6-, and 9-seater vehicles, the fee is 5,000 yen per hour; for vehicles with 13 or more seats, the fee is 10,000 yen per hour.
The driver will provide a suggested return time based on the map instructions. Any delays due to traffic congestion will be borne by the customer.
If your pickup or drop-off location is in a different area (e.g., pick up in Osaka and drop off in Kyoto), a cross-area service fee may apply.
If your pickup or drop-off location is in the Izumi Ward or Kansai Airport area, additional airport transfer fees will apply. Please be aware of this. Please be sure to note this when placing your order so that customer service can confirm your itinerary arrangements.
The second child seat and above will be charged 2,000 yen per day. Please pay in cash to the driver on the day.
If the trip is not completed after 21:00, an additional night fee of 3,000 yen will be charged for each hour.
If it is discovered on-site that the passenger does not follow the reasonable passenger number and luggage loading capacity recommended by the vehicle model, the additional expenses incurred shall be borne by the passenger.
According to the Japan Land Transport Bureau regulations, the full-day service time for 13-seater and 18-seater vehicles is 9 hours.
This service is a private car transfer service and does not include guided tours or other services. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
One of the boarding and alighting locations must be within Osaka City, and the other can be in Kyoto or Kobe. If this is not the case, the order will not be accepted.
If the trip is cancelled due to force majeure or bad weather, customer service will contact you to provide rescheduling or refund options.
The order of the itinerary may be adjusted by the driver due to traffic conditions, and the driver will provide a return time suggestion based on the map instructions. Please note.
If the trip cannot be completed due to the guest's late arrival, you can discuss with the driver to shorten the trip or extend the service time. If you choose the latter, you will need to pay the overtime fee.
