• The hotel can provide free children's amenity sets (bath sets, children's toothbrushes, children's slippers) for children under 6 years old. If you need this, please inform us in advance in the order.
• There are 2 coin-operated washers and dryers in the 3F public area for guests to use.
• The 3F business center is available until 22:00.
• Free WIFI is available in the museum.
• Mobi Pet Hotel charges NT$ 800 per pet. There is a limit of two pets per room. The second pet will be charged NT$ 300 per night.
• There are size restrictions for pets (pet space size: height 100cm/width 116cm/depth 140cm), and they must bring vaccination certificates. Only pet drinking water and cleaning mats are provided, and the rest need to be prepared by the owner.
• The hotel provides guests with free shuttle service to and from the city, with a daily fixed-point and timed reservation system. The number of places for the shuttle service is limited, so please be sure to make a reservation in advance until the number is full.
• Breakfast is currently served in a self-service style. If due to the epidemic, the change method will be adjusted in accordance with the Epidemic Prevention Command Center.
• The hotel provides basement and outdoor parking lots. When the underground parking lot is full, you must change to the outdoor parking lot (parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance in the underground parking lot).

• If you need to enter and exit the park multiple times on the same day, please go to the exit to get a re-entry stamp. When entering the park again, please present your valid park ticket and wristband at the entrance.

  1. Only small dogs and cats (within 10 kg) are allowed to enter the park. In compliance with the rules of keeping pets off the ground, pets must be placed in pet cages or carts when entering the park. Appropriate protective measures must be taken when necessary and the pet entry form must be filled in. If you cannot cooperate, you will not be allowed to enter the park.

  3. Pet admission fee: 50 yuan/pet (no charge starting from 4/1).
  4. When borrowing a pet stroller, you must present your ID/card and a pet stroller cleaning fee of RMB 50/car will be charged.
  5. Dog pets: Only small dogs are allowed to enter the park, but if they are dangerous dogs (pit bulls, Japanese Tosa dogs, Neapolitan dogs, Argentine dogs, Brazilian File dogs, mastiff dogs) No entry allowed.
  6. Pet owners are required to bring their own drinking water, meals and litter bags, and clean up and take away pet excrement to keep the park tidy. They should also take good care of their pets under any circumstances to ensure that they do not disturb others.
  7. If a pet disobeys instructions or behaves aggressively, the owner should take the pet away from the park immediately. If there is any harm to other people, pets, or damage to other people's property in the park, the owner will be solely responsible.
  8. If a pet damages any facilities in the park or causes property damage in the park, the pet owner shall compensate according to the price.
  9. If the pet owner cannot comply with the above regulations, he or she must comply with the requirements of the park management and take the pet out of the park, and shall not request refund or compensation.

• The park is closed every Tuesday, please be informed.
• In the event of typhoons, earthquakes or other force majeure disasters, please refer to the official announcement for the opening hours of the park. Please confirm before placing a reservation.
• Since ticket purchase and admission are at the same window, there will inevitably be a slight queue during holidays. We apologize for the inconvenience.
• Child ticket: Children under 100 cm in height can enter the park for free, ranging from 100 cm to 129 cm. If you purchase a child ticket but are over 130 cm when entering, the price difference will be charged on site. Please refer to the height measurement on site for your height standard. ,Please note.
• This park is equipped with barrier-free facilities, so visitors with mobility difficulties can visit with peace of mind.
• It is prohibited to bring pets into the park. If necessary, pets can be temporarily placed in the pet storage area set up in the park. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
• This ticket does not include meals. If necessary, please purchase it in cash on site. The main meal ordering time is from 11:00 to 18:00, and the waffle series ordering time is from 14:00 to 17:00.
