— Driver Regulations —
- Renters must be at least 18 years old (18-20 years old rental will be extra charge THB 321 / Day)
- Renters must possess a valid driver’s license or an International Driving Permit that has been valid for at least one year at the time of rental.
- The minimum rental age and other requirements will be the same as for the renter. If there is more than 1 driver (the renter) of the rented car, you will not be charged an extra fee.
- ID requirement: Please provide the following when you pick up the car at the counter (Original Document):
- ID card or passport (for non-Thai renters)
- Valid international driving license or license written in English
- Valid major credit card
- English translation of Chinese driving license (for Chinese renters)
— Package Info —
- Car rentals are calculated by day (24-hours basis)
- A deposit in the form of a credit card (only accept Visa and Master Card) THB 5,000 will be required from the renter at the time of rental.
- Cash deposits and Debit card are not acceptable.
Included insurance:
- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) - Compulsory coverage and insurance coverage - Driver, passenger, and third-party coverage - Damage coverage on the rental vehicle with a fixed excess amount of a minimum of ฿2,140 and a maximum of ฿5,350/accident in the event that the renter is at fault or could not identify the third party involved in any accident damage- Fixed excess amount of ฿53,500 in the event of loss or theft to the rental vehicle
- Drop-off location:
- Free drop-off locations: BKK Airport, DMK Airport, and Bangkok Downtown
- Only the listed locations in the package are free if the rental is within 5 days
- Rentals with a minimum of 5-day hire are allowed to drop different locations but a drop fee will be applied. For 7-day hires, it will be free of charge. Please note in the order if you would like to choose a different drop-off location in a 7-days rental order, or simply ask for the service when picking up the car

- If you need more than 1 car, you may place as many orders according to your needs
- In case of multiple car rental bookings, please use separate credit cards with different names to book each of the car.
- Visa and Master Cards are accepted. Chic Car Rent charge cards, cash deposits, and debit cards are not accepted
- Renters who request to return the rental car before or after the open hour may drop the car key in the key drop box at each location of Chic Car Rent - After Chic Car Rent staff have checked the returned car completely, they will inform the customer via email if the rental car is completely checked with no additional charge or with an additional charge from fuel or damage
— Late Return — - Upon placing your booking request, should there be extra hours, it will be calculated at a one-day rate (based on contractual rates)
- When returning the car, Chic Car rent allows a grace period of 1 hour. After that, the renter will be charged 1 full-day rate

How to Use Your Voucher
- The e-voucher will be sent to your email. Please present a printed voucher and your passport to redeem your ticket
Voucher Redemption Period
- The voucher must be redeemed on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
