The tour was a 2-day, 1-night trip from Hanoi, a 6-hour journey each way, so the travel time was long, but it was definitely worth it. Sapa was only mentioned in a few pages of Japanese guidebooks, so I was surprised to find such a large tourist destination in a mountainous area at an altitude of 1600m. It was bustling like Karuizawa, and was packed with mainly Western tourists. There are many pubs, clubs, and Western restaurants, but I recommend trying salmon hot pot if you come to Sapa. On the first day of the tour, we went trekking in Cat Cat village, and on the second day, we visited Fansipan Mountain. There are several ethnic minority villages in the surrounding area, but the terraced rice field scenery can be enjoyed in just one day, so I recommend the plan to visit Fansipan Mountain on the second day. Arranging transportation on your own can be a bit difficult, so an all-inclusive tour that includes transportation and sightseeing was very convenient.
Although the beds in the four-person cabin aren't very big, it's worth trying considering the price and the experience!
