The tour group regularly stops the bus every 30 minutes to an hour to let passengers out for a break and to use the restroom. There are three guides, each speaking a foreign language to help translate for tourists from different countries. The guides also lead the tourists on hiking trails. I felt the second day's itinerary was the most comprehensive, allowing us to fully explore Antelope Canyon (the guide was excellent) and Bryce Canyon. In contrast, the Grand Canyon hike on the first day was a paved walkway with railings offering a view of the canyon. Overall, the itinerary wasn't too rushed, and we were lucky to have a good group that was always on time. The tour returned to Las Vegas around 4 PM, so we could book same-day flights without needing to stay an extra day.
