Taroko National Park

Our driver, Debby, felt like a friend and family member. She constantly took photos of us during the trip, chatted with us, and was incredibly friendly. She also thoughtfully prepared various foods for us in the car… From emergency medications and seasickness remedies like plums to aromatherapy… she had everything we needed, caring about the needs of every passenger. Traveling with her was both safe and enjoyable.

The tour guide's introduction was excellent, giving us an even deeper memory of Hualien's beauty.

I needed a car on short notice during my trip to Hualien, so I booked directly through the KKday app. To my surprise, I was able to pick up the car immediately after booking – the response time was incredibly fast! The rental location is right across from the train station, very easy to find. The staff at the rental location processed the paperwork very simply and efficiently, with no tedious waiting. Most importantly, the price was very affordable, and the car was in excellent condition. I highly recommend it to travelers looking for efficiency and high value for money. I'd definitely visit again next time I'm in Hualien!

Everything we encountered was wonderful. The driver guided us along the tour itinerary, saving us a lot of travel time. While waiting for the bus at the transfer station, a shopkeeper even helped me check the timetable 😭 Hualien is truly worth it!
