There were quite a few people when we went, but the staff were very patient and helped us choose clothes. They had a wide variety of styles, including men's clothes. Their hair was also styled beautifully. We received the photos very quickly.
This time we chose high-end hanbok, which had a wide selection and was beautiful. Unfortunately, we had to wear them after we chose them, without being able to try them on first. My daughter and I also added 15,000 won for our hair, and because it was a bit cold, we rented capes for an extra 8,000 won. Overall, the hanbok experience was quite good. There was one minor drawback: the shop wasn't very spacious, and the restroom was a bit small, with a narrow and steep staircase to get to. However, the shop is close to the subway exit, has Chinese-speaking staff, and the hairstyles were beautiful, so it was well worth it.
