What an amazing free service!! I got an AI skin analysis and then my consultant Primrose helped me schedule exactly what procedures I wanted in Hongdae. She was able to provide all the pricing beforehand as well, and it’s the same pricing that locals receive. I had a lot of questions because it’s my first time doing this kind of skincare in Korea. The Unni Guide space is really nice too and all of the staff are so professional and friendly. They also continue to provide guidance and updates until my appointment. Thank you!!

I visited this salon because I had a live performance that day and wanted to look cute. I booked an actress-style hair and makeup experience plan, but when I asked for a Korean idol-style look, they readily agreed. They ask you what kind of makeup and hairstyle you want at the beginning, so I recommend bringing photos and having a translation app ready so you can communicate verbally. (I don't speak Korean, so I desperately tried to communicate using the translation app; it's best to have a clear image in mind beforehand.) It was quite hot that day, and the salon was uphill, so I was sweating. A makeup assistant helped me with my shampoo. Afterward, the same person did my base makeup while someone else dried my hair. Then, a makeup artist did my eye makeup. I showed them the image again at that point. I later found out that the makeup artist works with famous idols and was incredibly skilled. After that, I moved to the hair styling area. I explained the hairstyle I wanted to the hairstylist again. After they finished, they checked my voucher, and I was done. As others have mentioned, there are some areas where coordination is lacking, but if you accept that this is unavoidable since they are in another country, the technical aspects are perfect, so I would recommend it.
