I usually book a car from the hotel to the airport through another platform, but this was my first time booking through KK Day. The driver was excellent; he arrived half an hour early and sent me several photos to make sure the pick-up location was correct. He even waited for me downstairs at the hotel with a sign, just like picking me up at the airport! He also proactively helped with my luggage. I had five large suitcases this time, and he helped me load all of them into the car on the slippery, icy road. He was truly a top-notch driver!

The tour guide was very nice, his driving skills were excellent, and the itinerary was well-organized from point to point.

The itinerary included places I wanted to visit, so I booked it. Lake Fill Farm was beautiful, but unfortunately, our stay was too short. The snowmobile experience was a bit pricey at ¥20,000, but very fun. Our guide, Allen, was incredibly nice. He proactively helped us switch vehicles with the company when we had large luggage. Along the way, he briefly explained Hokkaido's culture and history. Since we weren't returning to Sapporo with the company vehicle, he even asked which hotel we were staying at and how to get there. He also helped arrange a taxi – very thoughtful. Overall, I was very satisfied. The only thing to note is that the actual itinerary order differs slightly from the website description; the itinerary you receive the day before and the guide's explanation should be considered the final version.

A very good charter service experience. Customer service contact was very quick. It was my first time in Hokkaido, and even though it was snowing heavily, driver Kevin was able to pick me up on time and answer my questions.

Xiao Liu was incredibly thoughtful, proactively taking photos for everyone and carrying our luggage. Even though we were scheduled to get off at a fixed point on the return trip, he still kindly drove us to the hotel. We were truly grateful. During the trip, he also diligently guided and explained things to everyone. Highly recommended! Since the snowmobiles were closed for the holiday, Xiao Liu kindly took us to an ice cream farm, which made our mood much better. Thank you, Xiao Liu!
