We arrived an hour earlier than our appointment time, and the staff quickly served us after we inquired, so we didn't have to wait. The staff spoke English, so communication was very smooth. There were many kimono options; lace kimonos were free, and there were options to purchase additional accessories, but the basic configuration was already perfect. After choosing a kimono, the staff suggested matching obi (sashes), so we didn't have to worry about our taste 🤣. After choosing a bag, we went upstairs to change, where two Japanese-speaking staff members served us. Everyone was very friendly and polite. We had a child with us, and the obi was too tight and uncomfortable after the first time it was tied. The staff immediately helped us remove it and re-tie it without hesitation 🙏 We were really grateful. The four-person package included a 30-minute photo shoot. The photographer was Taiwanese and had settled in Japan. He carefully guided us on poses and the shoot, and even though it was drizzling that day, he took us to 3-5 shooting locations. I received the photos the very next day, super fast! Remember to fill in your email address clearly when placing your order! Overall, I give this experience a perfect 100! 😁
I was so happy to participate in this trip. Kinkaku-ji, Kiyomizu-dera, and Uji Byodoin Temple were all places I'd wanted to visit for a long time. The tour guide was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the entire trip, speaking both Chinese and English – amazing! 👍 I highly recommend joining KKDAY when traveling to Kyoto; it's more affordable and has better contact information than Ag000.
Three itineraries in one day, a relaxed and leisurely trip starting from Osaka. Our tour guide, Ms. Hsieh (Blueberry), was very responsible in introducing the sights and food, and answered all our questions politely and attentively. Our group only had 12 people, all from Taiwan. I would rate the tour guide out of 10, and the group members who were late only out of 10, showing a complete lack of time management skills…
Today's itinerary was very fulfilling. Our tour leader, Eric, was extremely professional, polite, patient, and attentive, catering to the needs of different groups. He managed the time very well. I personally loved Katsuo-ji Temple, and the lunch was wonderfully arranged with delicious food. Eric's explanations in both Chinese and English were very clear and detailed. I highly recommend this tour. Fantastic!
The tour guide provided detailed and thoughtful explanations 👍, and the driver provided a comfortable ride. This day trip allowed us to visit all four of Kyoto's most famous sights. Although the itinerary was a bit rushed, we saved a lot of time traveling on our own, making it excellent value for money!
