Kansai International Airport

I had a fantastic driver, Xiao Zhang, today. He drove very smoothly and arrived at the destination early. It was my first time using a chartered car abroad, and it was a great experience. The customer service staff also responded to my messages very quickly. 👍🏻

The driver was friendly and hospitable, and the car was comfortable and spacious enough to fit five suitcases larger than 28 inches!

Customer service responded very proactively and quickly. I was informed of the vehicle an hour before departure, and it arrived on time. The only minor drawback was that because I needed to get to the airport early, I boarded very early, but there was no transfer to a large bus as originally planned. Instead, I took a minibus directly to the airport, leaving plenty of time to wait. I mentioned this to customer service, and they responded promptly, explaining that the issue was due to limited capacity. Overall, it was a good service experience. At least I didn't have to carry heavy bags on the subway or bus; it felt like taking a private car. I would definitely use their service again if I had the chance!

We were with four family members, and after our first experience, they felt it was great value for money and suitable for groups of friends.

The driver was patient and only walked a minute from the arrival hall, which was fantastic. The journey took about 80 minutes and was very smooth. I highly recommend this service for groups of four or more. I will definitely continue to use it! ^^
