Kansai International Airport

The meeting point was easy to find, and after registration, there was a 30-minute wait before boarding. Flight delays were no problem. Suitable for families with lots of luggage. The staff and driver were very polite.

The driver was very helpful and held up a sign to greet us as soon as we exited the airport, which made us feel very safe. He spoke Chinese, was polite, and was very attentive, helping with our luggage. He also kept us informed about the vehicle's condition along the way. We would definitely use his car again next time.

So glad we did this. First time visit to Japan for family of 5 so wanted to have no stress to get to the accommodation after flying in.

The direct transfer from Kansai Airport to the hotel in Kobe was quick and convenient. The driver provided clear directions to the pick-up point upon arrival, and we simply went to the meeting point to board. The car was large and new, with ample space for luggage, so there was no need to worry. Most importantly, the driver accurately took us to the drop-off point and drove safely throughout the journey. I highly recommend this service.

We booked a 6:00 AM pick-up from Osaka to Kansai Airport. A kind lady drove a 9-seater minibus to pick us up. After loading our luggage, she picked up several other groups of passengers, but we still felt very comfortable and practically fell asleep at the airport. Carrying our luggage to the subway station would have been incredibly tiring, and we'd have to constantly check if we'd reached our stop. We slept on the minibus and slept for over an hour after getting off at the airport. The customer service was excellent; they even allowed us to change the pick-up time up to 6 hours before our flight, as long as we contacted customer service. We'll definitely use their service again next time.
