On my first trip in a while, I visited the Hideyo Noguchi Memorial Museum, which I had been interested in for some time. Since it was before Golden Week, it wasn't crowded, and I was able to take my time looking around at the exhibits. The exhibits clearly show not only his own determination and efforts, but also the support he received from those around him, making it a memorial museum where you can learn about the great achievements of a small Japanese man from a rural area.
