Don't expect sunshine all the time, the weather is always likely to change.
Our tour guide David explained everything to us like why certain measures were taken for my trip as the morning weather was against us. I would totally book from them again. The only real issue was that mandarin was what our tour guide spoke more since the majority understood mandarin. English language they struggle a bit but they try their best to accommodate the English only speakers.
The overall vibes places we went to were fun, and Fuji San even gave us a glimpse despite the terrible fog.
The tour guide was very considerate, and the driver was also very cooperative. We visited every attraction, so I wasn't rushed at all. The scenery was beautiful, but unfortunately, there was too much fog on Mount Fuji the day we went.
Thanks to our professional guide, Yuan Yang, seeing the entire Mt. Fuji made for a perfect trip.

Hakone Shrine year round climate
Spring (March–May): average 7–17°C, the climate is mild and comfortable, with opportunities to see cherry blossoms from late April to early May. Rainfall is moderate, and the weather gradually warms up, making it a good time for outdoor activities. Common activities: lakeside strolls, enjoying spring flowers, visiting Hakone Shrine, taking a pirate ship cruise on Lake Ashi. Suggested attire: light jackets, long-sleeved shirts, light clothing; a light sweater is recommended due to significant temperature differences between day and night.
Summer (June–August): average 20–26°C, warm and humid, with June being the rainiest month of the year due to the distinct rainy season (tsuyu). July and August are hot, but due to the higher elevation, it feels slightly cooler than the plains. Common activities: enjoying lake activities (such as boating), visiting museums, escaping the summer heat, exploring the mountains and forests. Suggested attire: short-sleeved shirts, light long-sleeved shirts, light and breathable clothing, rain gear (especially for June).
Autumn (September–November): average 12–24°C, the climate is cool and pleasant, making it the best season for viewing autumn leaves, especially from late October to November. The weather is dry, skies are clear blue, and visibility is high, making it excellent for outdoor activities. Common activities: enjoying autumn foliage, hiking, soaking in hot springs, taking a ropeway to admire the autumn scenery. Suggested attire: long-sleeved shirts, sweaters, light jackets; warmer clothing is needed starting in November.
Winter (December–February): average 5–7°C, cold and dry, with very little rainfall and occasional snowfall. The winter scenery is unique, and the lake surface may freeze in the early mornings, perfect for enjoying a tranquil atmosphere. Common activities: enjoying hot springs, admiring snowscapes (if there's snowfall), visiting indoor museums, experiencing traditional culture. Suggested attire: thick jackets, sweaters, scarves, gloves, hats, and other warm clothing.
