It offers a one-day pass for the Hakodate streetcar and twelve points. These points can be used to visit Goryokaku, ride the Hakodate Mt. Ropeway, visit other attractions in Hakodate, or even redeem meals – they're incredibly useful! I used mine to redeem a Lucky Clown burger meal, which was delicious! I recommend redeeming your points at the tourist information center inside Hakodate Station; the staff are very friendly and even gave me a pen as a gift.
This was a relaxing ferry ride. The facilities were great and the boarding process was smooth and systematic. There are women only rooms, so it was comfortable to rest or sleep while on sail. They left on time and arrived earlier than expected. The staff were really kind. All in all, it was a beautiful ferry ride.
I placed my order late, and the available dates were on my departure day. Due to the tight schedule, I contacted customer service to ask if they could arrange for it to be sent out as soon as possible. I received a reply on the same day confirming that it would be sent out that day, and I received the voucher on the 3rd. I am grateful to customer service for their help in following up, which allowed my trip to start smoothly as scheduled.
