The tour group, which offered a local tour, was very detailed, with both Chinese and English guides. Even though I was the only Chinese-speaking Taiwanese in the group, they still sent a Chinese guide to provide the explanations, which was very thoughtful. Honestly, I didn't get much out of this tour; I could have listened to the English explanations. While there weren't any Instagram-worthy spots (level crossings) or tram rides, the other attractions were much more leisurely, with the tour bus providing point-to-point pickup and drop-off, eliminating the need for constant walking. Thank you, Yoyo, for sharing must-try snacks and historical anecdotes. He even gave a special introduction to Shinjuku cuisine at the end of the tour. I'll definitely check out the official website for other tours next time.
Thank you to our guide Allan for his care and help. Because we have a child and a stroller, he reminded us of the places we should pay attention to. The whole trip was very rich and we also ate delicious seafood.
