A very popular day trip, seeing the grandest Shibazaki, feeling shocked. Although it was a Saturday, there were many domestic and foreign tourists, but we were able to see the most beautiful shiba and the itinerary was in place. Some emergencies, the tour guide Diffany also handled appropriately, 讃! But there was also some sand and gravel in the itinerary, that is, some immature guests did not understand clearly that the itinerary did not include lunch time, but kept complaining about the tense atmosphere. Of course there are customers who don’t follow the rules. Not only late but also people bring strong smelling food on board which makes the tour guide difficult to do and the atmosphere is embarrassing. Another commendable is Mr. Driver's road etiquette, which has a small episode is that there is another car on the road for no reason often blocking the front of the tour bus, Mr. Driver has been allowed until safely drive away from each other, feeling the driver's response is considering the safety of passengers. But overall I think this is a tourist attraction worth visiting.
I wanted to go to Gotemba, which is incredibly far, but if I went on my own, I could only visit one place. This itinerary included a brief matcha experience, a visit to Asama Shrine, and a full three-hour shopping trip. Carrying my things back was less tiring, and I was lucky enough to see Mount Fuji very clearly. The tour guide was also excellent. The only downside is that the meeting point might be challenging for beginners, as Shinjuku Station is huge…
This trip offers unparalleled value, allowing you to explore Karuizawa, Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, Miyagawa Morning Market, and Asama Shrine all in one trip! Enjoy the leisurely mountain scenery and artistic atmosphere of Karuizawa, visit famous churches, or savor delicious soba noodles. Then head to Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, taking a cable car to admire the magnificent snow-capped mountains and breathtaking alpine views, experiencing the wonders of nature. At Miyagawa Morning Market, experience the charm of a traditional Japanese market. Finally, visit Asama Shrine to feel the solemn and sacred beauty of Mount Fuji. This itinerary satisfies diverse travel needs, offering a rich yet economical experience—a memorable and in-depth tour of Japan!
The trip wasn't too rushed. Luckily, it was the only day of the week without rain, so we had a clear view of Mount Fuji – a truly worthwhile day. The only downside was that the cherry blossoms hadn't bloomed yet.
We recently took the Mt. Fuji and Gotemba day tour, and it was a really good experience largely thanks to our incredible guide, 飘香.
Her communication was top-tier. She was able to switch between Korean and Chinese seamlessly and provided sufficient information at every attraction.
She was professional yet warm, always had a smile when communicating with us and giving ample notice on when to gather so we stayed on schedule as best as the situation allowed.
Her food suggestions at the Oshino Hakkai was good!
The highlight of her service, however, was during our return to Tokyo. We encountered a heavy traffic jam, which can be draining, but 飘香 showed genuine concern for everyone’s comfort. She remained helpful and attentive until the very end, making a tough commute feel manageable.
Had a great time and only wished we had more time to shop at Gotemba Outlets!
