My overall experience staying at Discovery Bay Hotel was positive. The hotel provided professional service in every aspect, as follows: Regarding communication and transportation, I inquired via email before departure, and the hotel responded promptly and accurately. The shuttle bus to and from Kowloon Station was punctual and convenient. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff was professional and courteous. The hotel proactively upgraded the room for free, which was a thoughtful touch. To celebrate their anniversary, they provided a meal voucher redeemable for snacks at designated restaurants, which was a thoughtful touch. Rooms and Facilities: The room was spacious and clean. The bathtub was ample, and the showerhead had stable water pressure, making it comfortable. The mattress had the perfect firmness, ensuring a good night's sleep. In the morning, I could watch the sunrise directly from my bed, which offered a great view. The pool and gym were well-maintained and clean. Dining and the event buffet dinner were efficient, with staff responsive to requests. The hot dishes and desserts were excellent and highly recommended. The well-organized "Horse Kiss" activity added a touch of fun to my stay. In summary, Discovery Bay Hotel performed consistently in terms of service details, facility maintenance, and catering quality. They also proactively provided additional arrangements such as room upgrades and complimentary snack and meal coupons. The overall accommodation experience met expectations and is worthy of recommendation.

The place is very big. There were not many people there on Sunday morning. The children had a lot of fun. However, compared with other playhouses, the variety of play facilities here is a bit limited.

The food is delicious and there are many varieties. The environment is quiet, the waiters are polite and clear the dishes quickly, and there are many varieties of drinks, including orange juice, apple juice, milk tea, lemon tea, and beer... I especially recommend the cooked oysters with garlic, which are delicious. I will go there again.

As soon as I crossed the iron bridge, I saw the boarding area. The waiter saw me looking for it with my phone and immediately told me it was here (the price was cheaper than other boat operators on site, 50 yuan per person).
