請kkday跟園區的工作人員確認好票券內容，不然現場工作人員不知道怎麼操作，等待兌現時間很久，園區工作人員也不清楚票券內容，不知道糰子跟燒酒在哪裡兌換，跟客服反應也只能自己溝通，體驗很差以前購買都沒有這種狀況，這次都要自己詢問嘗試解決問題，只能自己吃虧
