Popular SIM Cards in Dubai

I bought this SIM card as it offers an array of packages for roaming in Russia. Since early Oct, the Russian gov has a ban on foreign SIM cards in the first 24 hours post arrival. Throughout, AirSim has kept their Russian roaming packages available for purchase. Seeing this, I bought AirSim for the first time. When I contacted CS to confirm that the card can be used after the first 24-hours, they told me their card won’t be available even after the first 24 hours. If this is the case since at least early Oct, they should have taken down the various Russian roaming packages. As télé-provider, they should be on top of these industry news. I can’t help but wonder the extent of their deceptive product offerings and how many other packages they would affect similarly. When I asked for alternative solutions (as they are in the industry), they were responsive yet reluctant and unhelpful.
