- Minors under 18 or children must be accompanied by an adult; unaccompanied minors or children may not participate. If your booking includes children, please note their ages when booking; otherwise, they will be charged at the adult rate on-site. For safety reasons, pregnant travelers must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant by the end of the tour.
- Please provide accurate and complete information during booking, including name, gender, and valid contact information (mobile phone preferred for notifications). You are responsible for any losses caused by incorrect information provided by you.
- Hotels offer various room types, such as one King/Queen bed or two Double beds. The maximum occupancy per room is 2-4 people, including adults and children. As required by some hotels, each group must provide a credit or debit card for incidentals upon check-in. If no personal expenses are incurred, the deposit will be returned to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after check-out.
- Travelers must purchase tickets from the tour guide; you may not bring your own tickets or use a City Pass.
- Different vehicles and guides may serve you during the tour. Departure and sightseeing times are for reference only and are subject to the guide's arrangements. We appreciate your understanding regarding any delays or changes.
- If attractions or activities are closed or unavailable due to weather, other attractions will be substituted. We appreciate your understanding regarding force majeure events that affect the itinerary.
- Many attractions in this itinerary require participants to be in good health.
- Only one airport pickup and one drop-off service are provided per booking.
- No refunds or other compensation will be provided for any tour fees or accommodation costs if you fail to participate in the tour or withdraw during the trip due to personal reasons (e.g., lack of travel documents, flight delays, late arrival, illness, or accidents).
- In accordance with relevant laws, smoking is prohibited on the tour bus, and most hotel rooms are also non-smoking. Hotel cleaning staff are professionally trained, and security personnel are equipped to document any violations. If smoking is detected, a cleaning fee of CAD 300 or more per night will be charged. This fee is the responsibility of the guest, and our company will not be held liable. If you need to smoke, please use designated smoking areas.
- During the tour, please arrive at the pickup point at the time specified by the guide. Do not be late, as this may delay the itinerary for other travelers. If you are unable to join the tour due to late arrival, you must make your own way to the next meeting point at your own expense and responsibility.
- Winter temperatures in the Rocky Mountains often range from -10°C to -30°C. Please prepare a down jacket, thermal underwear, windproof gloves, a scarf, and non-slip snow boots to prevent frostbite.
- Wildlife is frequently encountered in the Rocky Mountains scenic area. Feeding animals is prohibited. If you encounter large animals, do not get off the vehicle to watch them.
- For environmental reasons, hotels in the Rocky Mountains region do not provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, slippers, or combs. Only body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided.
- In accordance with North American customs, most hotel rooms are not equipped with electric kettles. If you need hot water, please ask the hotel front desk for assistance. If no kettle is provided, you may use the coffee machine to heat water. Hot drinking water is not available within the scenic area; please prepare your own before departing from the hotel.
