A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
The bougainvillea season is approximately from October to April of the following year. These months are for reference only; actual tour dates depend on flower conditions, restaurant operations, and booking results.
Huangshan Secret Realm is closed on Wednesdays. Actual operating dates are subject to the latest announcements from the venue.
Dining at Huangshan Secret Realm must be booked in advance and will be arranged once the tour is confirmed.
Ruilong Waterfall Park includes trails, a suspension bridge, and viewing sections. Please assess your own walking ability and wear footwear suitable for outdoor activities.
Flower conditions are affected by the season, weather, and plant maintenance; actual conditions on the day of the visit shall prevail.
The tea culture museum at Tea Culture Hall of Moushan Tea is open for self-guided tours. Please book in advance if you wish to participate in a guided tour or tea experience.
The actual itinerary sequence and duration at each location are subject to change based on traffic, weather, site availability, and on-site conditions.
The meeting time is 07:30-08:00. The exact pickup time and location will be arranged the day before departure and confirmed by the service staff on the day. Please arrive at the pickup point on time; late arrivals will not be accommodated.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
