Child tickets apply to those 0.9–1.4 m (inclusive); adult tickets apply to those over 1.4 m.
Boys 90 cm and above are not permitted in the women's bath, and girls 90 cm and above are not permitted in the men's bath.
Pets are not allowed.
Dyeing hair or using hair removal cream is strictly prohibited within the facility.
Individuals with contagious skin diseases, high blood pressure, heart disease, physical discomfort, or those under the influence of alcohol are prohibited from entering.
Individuals 70 years and above or those with limited mobility must be accompanied by a family member to enter the hot spring area.
To maintain water quality standards, swimwear is not permitted in the hot spring pools.
To protect guest privacy, mobile phones are prohibited in the bathing area.
As this is a public space, please keep your valuables safe.
For food safety and to ensure the safety of food operations within the facility, outside food and drinks are not permitted. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Overnight stay information:
1) An additional overnight fee of CNY 50 per person applies for guests staying between 02:00 and 05:00. (The overnight duration is included in the ticket duration, but the fee is charged separately.)
2) In accordance with public security regulations, guests checking in between 22:00 and 06:00 must present their original second-generation resident ID card (driver's licenses and other documents are not accepted for registration) at the front desk for verification to stay overnight. Guests planning to stay overnight must register their ID information at the front desk before 22:00.
3) Minors staying overnight must comply with the public security department's 'five musts' for registering minors, which includes accurate registration, reporting to and recording the contact information of parents/guardians, verifying identities, and obtaining consent.
