Dien Bien Phu: 2-Day Historical Battle Tour with Meals｜Vietnam

DAY 1: DIEN BIEN PHU
7:00: Your guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel for breakfast.
7:30 - 12:00: After breakfast, we will begin our tour of the Dien Bien Phu campaign sites, including Hill A1, the Victory Museum, the Martyrs' Cemetery, the French graves, De Castries' bunker, the 155mm artillery piece, Piroth's bunker, and Muong Thanh Bridge.
12:00 - 13:00: Have lunch at a restaurant in Dien Bien Phu City.
13:00 - 16:00: We continue our tour, visiting the old Muong Thanh airport, the Chaffee M24 tank, Hill E, the Monument to the Heroes and Martyrs, and Him Lam Hill.
16:00 - 17:30: We will leave the city and stop to take photos at Pá Khoang Lake before heading to the village of the Black Thai ethnic minority.
18:00 - 21:00: After showering and resting, and learning about some aspects of the daily life and culture of the Black Thai people, we will enjoy a dinner together that is rich in ethnic flavors.
DAY 2: DIEN BIEN PHU
6:30 – 8:00: Wake up to watch the sunrise, take a walk around the village to explore the local life, and enjoy breakfast at the homestay.
8:00 – 11:30: After that, we will visit the Dien Bien Phu Campaign Command Post, the artillery pulling monument, the H6 artillery position, and the 105mm artillery position.
12:00 – 13:00: Enjoy lunch at Phiêng Lơi community tourism village.
13:00 – 17:00: After lunch, we will visit the Noong Nhai Monument of Crimes and Hatred, the Muong Thanh field, Ban Phu Citadel, and soak in the U VA natural hot spring pool. Finally, we will visit the Victory Monument and watch the sunset from there.
17:30: Return to the hotel and the tour ends.
